The dining room at Oiistar is clean and neat. The restaurant is decorated with wooden stools and wooden tables to match. Greeting you as you walk in, there is a bright bar; and towards the back, there is a decent sized kitchen where the chefs are preparing meals for customers to enjoy. The lights are dimmed to create a more comfortable setting for dine-in customers to enjoy their food.
Each plate at Oiistar is prepared to a level of perfection. One of the most famous meals that is prepared at the restaurant is the Oiimen dish. It consist of pork belly, egg, scallion, tree-ear mushroom, spicy oil, garlic. All the flavors combined together create an exquisite flavor.
