Magos Tacos & Tamales is a Mexican restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Magos Tacos & Tamales has decent service, delicious food, and boring decorations.

There is one thing that someone looks forward to in a restaurant: food. Trust me, I was excited to eat. Magos Tacos & Tamales is best known for their tamales, so I decided to try them. The green tamales were super delicious! They were spicy but not too spicy. They were perfect! Along with the tamales, I got a champurrado. The champurrado and tamales together are the perfect combination. I totally recommend it! Especially for breakfast.

Not everything in the restaurant is perfect. In Magos Tacos & Tamales, the service was not the best. Once you walk in the restaurant,  you do not get attended right away. Also, you do not get seated or escorted by a waitress, rather you escort yourself anywhere you want to sit. The waitresses themselves were kind because they kept smiling and were patient.

Along with decent service comes along poorly done decorations. The restaurant does not have a theme, at least I could not tell. There was not anything special. Not even the tables had a centerpiece or a tablecloth. It was just a regular table with napkins and bottles of sauces. The walls were painted red and no type of design whatsoever. The Magos Tacos & Tamales should have put  out in a bit more of decor in order to get the customer’s attention.

There are people who say that the tamales are not good. I totally disagree with that claim because the tamales were well-done and had nothing wrong with them.

I totally recommend the Magos Tacos & Tamales because the food is amazing! Although, if you prefer a restaurant that is classy or well-decor then I do not recommend it at all.
